RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Please note the following in regards to #Glam Studio Corp.’s return policy:
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Memberships, gift cards, and items that were purchased at a discounted price are a final sale and are completely non-refundable, except where the item is damaged, defective, or not working properly. Shipping charges are paid by the customer and are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable.
All lash products are final sale. No exchanges will be done on these items due to health reasons.
RETURNS
#Glam Studio Corp. allows returns within a reasonable period of time. Products purchased can be returned for an exchange or a store credit within 14 days in the following cases:
The item was expired at the time of purchase
The item was never used at all
The item is damaged, defective, or not working properly
The original receipt and packing order will be required for any exchanges. Exchanges can be made in person at our spa.
